The next Global Survey is open. During the two of year that we have been producing and collecting data from global surveys we have covered many topics. Looking over the data from all these surveys we have pulled out fifteen separate issues that the information indicates the membership is particularly concerned about. Therefore this survey covers those issues and seeks to collect more information and member thoughts on possible ways to address them. The results will be anonymous; the name and number are purely for prestige purposes and I'll remove them from any report. This survey runs until midnight August 15. It is at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=AoRmHC6ErDfshsWuZFnb0w_3d_3d A completed survey will be worth 5 N prestige. It has been set it to accept multiple submissions from the same computer so as many members can take as needed from one location. However, this also means you cannot stop and come back to a half-finished survey, so complete it all the way through. The prestige award is contingent on entering your name and membership number. Make it so that we can tell who you are. Enter complete membership numbers. Don't use nicknames. If you have two membership numbers, just give us one. This announcement can also be freely posted to out of character lists so that as many members are aware of and we can collect the widest sample of responses. You responses are important to us and we want to hear from as many of you as possible. Please direct any questions to: cpisurveylead (at) gmail (dot) com. Thanks Dan Meier

There were questions about this group so, here's some info...
Their wiki is: http://www.cam-wiki.org/index.php?title=Keepers_of_the_Outlands
There are a few Outlander PC's that are in active play in the SE, in addition to a few that have passed.
As for the Status mechanic with this group, please refer to the following:
Subject: Status Merit - Keepers of the Outlands
"Hi all I'm pleased to let you know that we are good to go on status merits for the Keepers of the Outlands. Please reference Global approval #UK-UK-LR-0807-93262, which reads:
"Purchase of the merit Status: Keepers of the Outlands is permitted at normal merit costs and is an exception to the limitations on status in supernatural organisations outlined in the Camarilla Addendum.
This merit *must* be placed on the database at Low Approval (or otherwise logged for affiliates who do not have database access). Purchase of the third dot or higher of this merit must be checked with the AMST Requiem and AMST CoS: Settings for both player and storyteller characters. Please ensure the approval name includes the correctly spelt wording "Keepers of the Outlands".
Though this status does not denote that the Keepers of the Outlands are a Covenant, it does demonstrate a degree of loyalty and adherence to the ideologies of the group. Therefore the specified limitations to total Covenant status apply as per the addendum If a character has status in more than one Covenant they are limited to a total of 5 status across those Covenants. Players should also ensure they are aware of the philosophies of the Keeper of the Outlanders as outlined at http://cam-wiki.org/Keepers_of_the_Outlands.
Characters with Keepers of the Outlands status may identify the standing of other members through the standard Wits + Occult draw. This exception from the Addendum status limitations will be reviewed one year from date of approval."
Cheers ----- Robin Cannon UK02102071 AMST CoS: Settings"

Hey guys,
The USNO question and answer period has ended, which means it's time to vote! Voting is open to all US Camarilla members in good standing.
Voting will begin today (Monday July 7,2008) after 5pm EST. The voting period will last for two weeks (as suggested on page 86 of the US MH) and will conclude at 5pm EST on Monday July 21, 2008.
In order for your vote to be counted, you must send it to the following three people on the same email. If you fail to do so, your vote will not be counted. Pearce Dreadin, pearce@tampabay.rr.com Jeremy White, jwhite316@cox.net Kelley BH, clubdirector@white-wolf.com
All three will keep separate tabulation sheets and when the vote is concluded will compare results and resolve any discrepancies. Per the US MH, they will strive to complete this process and announce the new officer within seven days after voting is over - by 5 PM EST on Monday, July 28, 2008. Any questions may be sent to: clubdirector@white-wolf.com
*Missed out on some of the Q&A?* Some of the candidates created Wiki's detailing their questions and answers. You can check them out here: http://cam-wiki.org/index.php?title=USNOElection
*The candidates resumes can also be found here:* http://camarilla.white-wolf.com//index.p...8&Itemid=46>
*What is the USNO?* The United States National Ombudsman (USNO) is the direct representative of the membership on the Council and is responsible for communicating with members and bringing widespread concerns, compliments, and criticisms to the attention of the US Camarilla Council. Strong personal skills, organizational ability, communication expertise, patience, reliable access to email, ability to dedicate large amounts of time, and a willingness to advocate for the members are all required to excel in this position.
Please forward to your local chapter and domain lists, or other OOC lists to help spread the word. This position acts as the member's voice in the US and everyone should have the chance to vote on it.
Thanks! -- Sara Hart US2006098576 Candidate for USNO ___________________________________________
